This morning as I rose early @ 03:45 PST, I made a soothing pot of coffee for Momma & me (she's still konked out) & decided to have a seat by the window where dawn, has yet to rise... and "Update"...

My husband was seen here today and received the worst care and customer service from the front desk. The lady was very rude because he didn't have a paper printed that he didn't know he needed....

This will be my new go to for lab services. Due to short staffing, they only accept appointments, but I was able to book mine the night before online. The lab is very clean and decorated nicely....

Testing Lady is pretty damn rude. & she keeps violating HIPAA when she says my information and testing information out loud in front of other clients, like okay girl, it's no one's damn business...

Maybe it was my lucky day but the office had just one person ahead of me at the time, I was seen, in and out in 10-15 minutes. Paperwork was fast, the blood draw was quick. No worries.
