-Our experiences have been acquired from working years with prestigious restaurants and talented chefs who have catered the Emmys and Television Academy Awards. We utilized our skills and culinary knowledge to develop and create unique ways to introduce a bold new take on comfort street food. Quality restaurant food has been offered at local events and night markets such as Paramount Friday Market, Cherry Blossom and Panana Festival by LASC.

-Our speciality is Latin and Asian fusion flavors. Our focus is to introduce a unique experience on comfort street food. We use fresh organic ingredients in these dishes that are purchased from local farmer's markets. -Our food has been described as fresh and highly addictive! A popular item is the Fusion Rolls (Spanish Egg Rolls) which are light, crispy and never deep-fried or frozen. -The variety of flavors and uniquely crafted menu gives you the chance to explore and enjoy comfort street food in a whole new way! -We provide catering services whether you're looking for a restaurant experience or a simple family sit down gathering. We have customizable or simple traditional menus for any occasion upon request.
