Just seriously super solid. The tortas are so simple and that simplicity is elegant. The bread is fantastic. The carnitas or barbacoa in the torta soak up the tomato sauce. The veggies are crisp....

Love the authenticity of Mexican food eat outside and enjoy the weather. You could enjoyed your torta with tomato salsa non spicy or with only abanero salsa supper spicy.
