This restaurant has sadly gone downhill. The food is mediocre at best. My chicken pho broth lacked any real flavor, and the chicken was pretty tough. The stir fry vegetables were standard....

Just ok, but highlight is definitely generous portions. The rice plate with pork was shredded meat (not thick), and the banh khot didn't have much favor. The imperial rolls were good.
