Specialties
Treat children as if they were own and not only give them a place to stay for the day but a second home where they feel loved and cared for. I speak French, Spanish and English fluently, but speak only in French to the kids. Many of them pick up the language within the first year of being here. The food is never pre-made nor canned, it's always made fresh that day with the same foods I feed the rest of my family. I feed the children a variety of foods keeping in mind religious and cultural needs.
