L.A. Love Leashes is a non-profit adoption center located in Los Angeles, CA, dedicated to finding homes for dogs and cats from the city shelters. Created by Friends of L.A. I adopted my sweet dog from them 3 yrs. ago. They work with the LA animal shelters. Fees are nominal. I highly recommend them.
