Lisa's 11:30 pilates class is awesome. High energy, with emphasis on safety. Intense workout that doesn't burn you out for the rest of the day.

So we went to this location at least twice a week for about 8 months. The classes still were great and the instructors made for a great experience. However this update is regarding the kids...
