DWP is the worse. They overcharge you for nothing. If you can avoid DWP please do. Pay attention when you move to a new area if they are covered by DWP.

Yes I agree with the previous review. DWP overcharges you whenever they want to. Horrible! My bill is $800 for nothing. This is probably part of gentrification.
