If you want to know what it's like calling them you basically wait on hold for an hour which is whatever but as soon as you get to someone they ask for your number in case you get disconnected yet...

This place is terrible. And their customer service is horrible! My case I manager (MS. WASHINGTON) especially lack the skills required to represent our best interest at heart.
