Founded in 1971, La Cl nica de La Raza provides a range of medical care services to low-income individuals. It is one of the largest community health centers that serves more than 45,000 patients at over 26 sites in Alameda, Contra Costa and Solano counties in San Francisco. The center offers pediatrics, family medicine, prenatal, and dental, vision and women's health care services. It also operates school-based clinics, as well as provides pharmacy, laboratory and radiology services. The center offers various social support services, including case management, advocacy and referrals.
