Hello, I am Israel Castillo, the founder, owner, and Chef at La Casita Olvera in Foothill Ranch. Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of my family, I dreamed of opening my own restaurant from a young age. Growing up, I was captivated by the aromas of fresh menudo and the meticulous selection of spices and ingredients, knowing we were making our Abuelita proud by sharing these authentic flavors with others. Located at 41 Auto Center Dr, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610, La Casita Olvera has been delighting guests since it first opened its doors in 2002. Our menu features traditional dishes such as Menudo, Fajitas, and Oaxaca Mole Enchiladas, and we have earned a reputation for serving some of the best tacos in town.
