History

Attorney Donald R. Kurtz began his own practice in 1989 after a seven year partnership with two fellow attorneys. With his LLM as a tax specialist, Don grew a successful practice in estate, business and tax planning over the years through hard work and great business relations with several financial planners in the area. In 1992, Don Kurtz formed a partnership with attorney Gregory J. Anderson. Greg Anderson brought to the company a great deal of knowledge in business law and created his own successful client base in estate and business planning. This successful partnership creates a great foundation for the company that is Kurtz, Anderson and Associates
