Our Kakigori (Japanese Shaved Ice) is made exclusively using Kuramoto premium clear ice which is manufactured in Kanazawa, Japan. It is made by slowly freezing drinking water for over 48 hours in a hygiene-controlled facility. We shave the ice super thin with our special Kakigori machine resulting in an extremely fluffy texture. Please enjoy our special Kakigori!
