History
I started practicing therapy in 2012 as a graduate student at Antioch University in Santa Barbara. In the years since, I have graduated, continued to provide therapy, and obtained my license in 2018. Through facilitating change, providing education, and building strength and confidence in others, I have witnessed amazing things. I would love to join you on your journey of insight development and life changing potential!
Specialties
I have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or symptoms of trauma. I work with individuals, families, and/or identified support networks to achieve best outcomes. As an LGBTQ ally I have a particular passion for those questioning or navigating issues associated with these labels as well.
