HistoryLeslie, a retired competitive athlete, combines focus and goal setting skills gained from 10 years developing as a rower for the United States of America. She represented the United States at the World Rowing Championships, World Cup Regattas, and Pan American Games in 1997-2000. A six time National Champion in several rowing disciplines, and a Silver Medalist in the Pan American Games, she knows how to follow through on tasks, plans, and goals. Working conscientiously and effectively is second nature. Her main focus during the past decade has been in the service industry in the form of personal training, development, and management of a 7,000 sq ft fitness facility. She now owns the personal training and consulting business, Athletic Advantage, Palm Springs.SpecialtiesDesert Fitness Group is based on the belief that active, nutritionally-sound individuals lead happier, more productive lives. We hope to educate and lead people toward healthier living, promoting personal gains, such as improved self esteem and self motivation.
