Our properties are older but have been maintained and renovated to keep up with the times. Our large building (Kona) was built in 1973 and has been owned and operated by the same owners from the start.

Specialties

We are an apartment community. Along with the 53 Unit complex we have here at this address we also manage two more 10 and 12 unit complexes in the immediate vicinity. These complexes are privately owned and do not accept section 8. We have studio, 1 bedroom 1 bath, 2 bedroom 1 bath and 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments.
