After being Koko members in Texas, we missed it! Nothing met our needs the same way. Koko takes the guesswork out of working out! We all know we should exercise regularly, but then why do so many quit? It's confusing, it's boring, you have no idea how much weight to lift or how fast to mov it, you don't know if you are doing it right, you hurt yourself, or you don't have a partner supporting you in your effort.
