History

Jacqueline is a licensed esthetician and proprietor of Kokeshi- A Zen Facial Spa. Jacqueline worked many years in the dental field, specifically in the esthetic field of orthodontics, before going back to school for her esthetician license. She owned a home beauty business for over 6 years and worked as a beauty advisor trainer, traveling the country teaching skin care, makeup and sales. She was assistant to the esthetics instructor at Lytle's Redwood Empire Beauty College before opening up her private practice in 2006. In 2008, Jacqueline received her certification from the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley. Kokeshi has received the Best of the Bohemian award for Best Skin Care Service for 2012 and 2014. Specialties

I am a licensed esthetician with the state of California. My specialties are the European facial for women and men. I also specialize in treating acne in both teens and adults. I also offer glycolic resurfacing facials for those who would like to treat fine lines, wrinkles, and acne scarring . I offer two types of skin care products in my spa. The first one is Hydropeptide. It is a skin care line made in America. It's main ingredients are plants and fruits and peptides. It is great for anti aging, acne, and sensitive skin clients. The second skin care line is Jan Marini. This is a great product line for those who are concerned with aging, lines, wrinkles, acne and pigmentation issues. I am also certified in Chinese acupressure and Japanese shiatsu massage. I also offer Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, a very ancient and relaxing massage that will cleanse your mind, body and soul. All treatments are by appointment only in a private setting.
