About Knox Insurance Knox Insurance is a family-owned and operated agency located in the heart of Old Towne Orange. Since Rick and his father ( R.E. ) established the company in 1980, the company has grown to 16 full and part-time employees, several with 20+ years of service, including Ricks sisters, Kathy and Sue, who have worked alongside Rick for over 25 years. "Our father was in the insurance business for more then 30 years, and he always used to say, 'your insurance is only as good as your agent, '" recalls President Rick Knox. "That's why we take our responsibility of properly covering each and every one of our clients very seriously." Although R.E. has since passed away, Rick and his dedicated Staff are determined to continue his commitment of personalized customer service.
