History

Kelly Knight has been a practicing criminal defense attorney since 2006 and opened her own practice in 2010. Prior to passing the bar exam and graduating from law school, she worked as a clerk at the Santa Clara District Attorney's office in 2003. With over thirteen years of experience in criminal law, Knight represents individuals investigated or accused of crimes in both state and federal courts. She is a hands-on attorney that obtains sensible resolutions whenever possible but, if necessary, is known to zealously defend her clients at trial with successful results.
