Dr. Kleynberg received his medical degree from Tashkent Medical Institute. He practiced in the USSR until he moved to the United States. From 1994 to 1997, he was an Intern and Resident at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. From 1997 to 1999, he completed his fellowship in Hematology/ Medical Oncology/ Bone Marrow Transplant at Allegheny General Hospital. He has been Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology and Hematology since 1998. Dr. Kleynberg is very passionate in what he does and has many years of experience in multiple states. His patients are like family to him and only provides the best care.
