History

Klein Law Corporation was founded by Mark D. Klein in 1991 after having previously having formed Klein & Hapeman, LLP. Prior to such time Mr. Klein worked for the boutique securities firm of Alspach & Horner in Newport Beach, California and as an associate for Musick, Peeler & Garrett in Los Angeles, California.
