kim's daughter is very poor customer service and did a terrible job on my nails. She cut them too short so she had to take them off . she charged me because of it and didn't fully take the nail...

It isn't up to par. The service, cleanliness and sanitation is concerning. I just would not recommend it.

I came in about 7pm for a fill and pedicure which at the time was only one employee available. I was unsure if I would be able to get them done but she got me in and was very helpful and sweet....
