What a great concept available 24/7 for chef to cook and store there good. The owner are easy going but firm with there space. Not over crowded, top of the line equipment. So happy I found this...

Kitchen 1014 at San Leandro is perhaps their best location yet. It's within 1 mile of both 580 and 880 and has lots of secure off street parking. All new equipment, plenty of space to move...

Visited both locations in Oakland and liked the space. Fruitvale location offered lots of space for the tenants and I liked the outside area they kept clean and inviting with flowers and plants....
