History
Kit Carson Lodge was established in 1926 and has had only three owners. Mike and Karen have worked hard to upgrade the buildings and infrastructure without losing the rustic feel and family nature of the resort. They have added comfort by providing guests with Comphy brand bedding and Turkish Towel brand towels in the guest baths. The most recent addition of an outdoor wedding chapel with views of both Thunder Mountain and Silver Lake gives couples a beautiful venue for their event.
