The philosophy of Kiss My Seoul Catering is simple and follows a common belief in the Korean culture regarding balance. The marinades for meats should not be too sweet nor too salty. Cupbap was really good for the price. Ample japchae and chicken (and it wasn't dry either!) Espresso was bitter and lacking so I'd stay away from the coffee. Hightly recommend the bowls.
