My name is Daniel R. Kisner, the principal attorney of the Kisner Law Firm. Since my practice of law began in 1975 I have realized that it is better to avoid legal problems or at least to know what your rights and risks are, before becoming embroiled in a legal dispute. Usually when most people think they need an attorney to provide a service, a problem has already surfaced. We will counsel and educate you to be proactive. We will review and prepare contracts and other legal documents BEFORE they are executed. We will also advise you on your rights and obligations, so that you will be able to know what the risks and benefits are before you are legally committed to a course of action.
