I had an ok time last time I was there. Hope to come back soon. This place is good for chips and finger foods that's what I had it was okay but mostly it was the atmosphere I enjoyed

It used to be great.. Now just a dive bar that opens at night.. No Pizza !! Not actually Kips as 69 years of Cal students know it.. Hopefully it comes back after the building is demolished..
