At Kinka Sushi, ingredients are key to providing a truly authentic Japanese experience. Our sushi chefs have over 20 years experience preparing authentic Japanese cuisine and have worked under Michelin star chefs. Our restaurant features fresh fish flown in from Japan as well as other high quality ingredients such as specialty red vinegar which imparts a unique flavor on the sushi rice. Seasonally, we offer such specialties as live scallops, live clams, and live Uni (sea urchin) from Mendocino and Japan. To complete your meal, Kinka also offers homemade ice cream and other Japaness desserts
