My son is in kindergarten. It's only been a week since he started, but I seriously love this school and staff. Hopefully later in the year things will continue to stay the same.

Kingwood Elementary has an enrollment of more than 500 students. Its core curriculum includes science, social studies and language arts. The school s science classes offer information on atoms, elements, plant systems, weather and solar energy. Its lunch menu includes cereals, fruits, yoghurt, milk, juices, biscuits and breads. The school also publishes a newsletter that provides information on campus activities and projects. Its staff includes pathologists, counselors, reading coaches, media technicians and language associates. Located in Citrus Heights, Calif., Kingwood Elementary is governed by the San Juan Unified School District, which serves more than 40,000 students in over 70 schools and special education centers.

- Bathroom are extremely dirty - Having seeing the school lunch as a parent it disgusts me. * Teachers are alright. Wouldn't recommend this school.
