Hand-Made Fresh foods and everything is Made to Order: Kingburg Kitchen opened in September 2007 in San Gabriel, serving traditional Chinese food such as beef noodle soup, boiled/fried dumplings, and pan fried buns, etc. Everything is made to order. The owner makes everything by hand, dumplings are not made by machine or group of employees; you might catch the owner kneading dough on any given day. Since the owner is single-handedly running the restaurant, if you can kindly support, we ask for your understanding to pre-order by phone and allow 15 to 45 minutes (depending on the work-load) for the owner to prepare your
