Founded in 1974, King Taco began its journey from a converted ice cream truck, quickly gaining popularity next to an East LA bar. Today, it has expanded to 22 locations, serving a wide variety of authentic Mexican foods and earning recognition from prominent food critics as one of the few surviving original Los Angeles restaurants.
