We were in Lemon Grove for 20 years and got eminent domained from our Main Street location, we had 500 Square Feet with 23 teachers and 5 show rooms. After we moved to Broadway the owner double our rent to an impossible $4,000 for 1300 Square Feet. That ended our stay in Lemon Grove. Now we are in a great location across the street from Balboa Park.
