Price has gone up again to $15 for pants alterations, however, it is a quick turnaround you can ask for anything to be done within 4-5 days.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I brought an evening gown with me to see if she could possibly take out some of the seams inside so that it could fit me (after having kids)....
