The customer service. I ordered a slab of ribs. When I got home it was ribs and rib tips. Online it says a slab of ribs and two sides is $33 when you get there it's $43.

Maybe if they followed their posted operation times, I came in 45 mins after the posted open time and they were not there, the pit boss was out back cooking, but the front end was closed
