Customer service needs improvement. Hours & days of service as shown on Website are misleading as it says "Appointments 7 days a week." They actually are not open for business on Saturdays...

When was the last time ur repairman not only arrives within the agreed time, but shows up early. Has the necessary equipment and knows how to isolate the problem and proceeds to correct it...
