Stopped by Kiki's for some dinner and was shocked they refused to give me a cup of water. Not only is that poor customer service, but it's actually against the law. Definitely won't be coming back.

Ordered food and denied a free water cup. Apparently you have to purchase a fountain drink to get any water.pretty sure that's illegal. Food was trash as well.

The food was delightful, and the service was both warm and efficient. If you want to try a new chicken place, Kiki's should be in your top three options.
