History

KICKS Taekwondo & Kickboxing has been in business for over 20 years. Originally started in Colton with Grand Master Kit Mattson and in 2000 opened in Riverside where Master Jeff currently teaches.

Specialties

We specialize in martial arts for the whole family. We teach ages 3 & up. We also teach fitness kickboxing to help you tone up and lose weight. These classes are also a great way to relieve stress & teach you self-defense. Our kids classes are amazing to help improve focus, concentration, respect, discipline & manners. An area we truely specialize in is helping children with ADD/ADHD. Doctors recommend our program to parents & its amazing to see how children improve with their grades in school, focus on their parents & teachers. Some parents have even told us our program has helped their child to no longer need medication.
