I have been providing one-on-one Somatic Bodywork sessions since 2013. I have been instructing yoga since 2011 and hold the highest designations with our governing body, Yoga Alliance. I have more than 3,000 hours of teaching experience. I am Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises, TRE, certified and have been coaching it since 2019. I'm also a certified HeartMath Practitioner as of 2021. I am certified with the state of California as a Massage Therapist.

Specialties

I provide therapeutic massage, yoga, Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE), and HeartMath coaching. I offer private one-on-one and group instruction in person or virtual. I host many private sessions for small groups, couples and individuals visiting the area. I also see clients on a weekly basis for Somatic Bodywork. Corporate wellness classes for your companies and employees available.
