Next thing I knew, not only was my bread so much better, I was making everything with my new mill, from pancakes to waffles to oatmeal and crepes using all sorts of different whole grains. It was so rewarding, I began looking for other ways to make or produce stuff that was healthier, tastier and less processed, without being too expensive or time consuming.
