Called 11/07/24 for parts on a dryer. The lady informed me they are retired from ordering parts. She suggested other options for replacement parts.

Have used the kind and knowledgeable folks at Ken's over probably three decades for parts and advice. You can trust your appliance issues to them!

Prompt good service. They do not service all makes and models of appliances so be sure to ask. Fixed my dryer quickly the same day and I would use them again based on this visit.

Going on 3 weeks of tenant not having a functional oven. Calls go to voicemail. I've provided the model number of my unit multiple times and haven't even gotten an appointment. Frustrating waste...

What a great husband & wife TEAM. Super honest and provided high value for their services. I wish there were more small businesses like this. They repaired my microwave for a fraction of the cost...
