History

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with California BBS since 2005 and a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance since 2006. I recently completed my Yoga Therapy Teacher training at Ananda Seva Mission in Santa Rosa. I have much experience in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Synergy Therapy and Yoga as a Therapy and continue to combine the Western approach of psychotherapy along with the ancient science of Yoga so that clients can optimize their time with me to develop a skill set that help them cope with physical and emotional stressors.

Certified Yoga Therapist. Specializing in grief, trauma, mindfully mortal counseling, plant medicine integration therapy.
