It is difficult to get hold of them, I have been calling to inquire about my mom's blood test results but no luck.

Just came here to post their updated hours since the last one was posted last year. No review yet but the guy working here is really nice. Only downside is that they don't take appointments.

Doesn't follow up, don't really care. The visit was fast and easy, but it seems like they just wanted my copay.
