Spacious park with plenty of benches and BBQ grills. Lots of homeless folks living in the park. Bathrooms are available. Parking fee is $6.

Kelley park is an okay park. Not amazing but not bad. It's very close toy house so having a place to walk to is great. There are some parts of the park that look not well maintained and dog poop...
