History

Originally from Durham City in the United Kingdom, I have been a Real Estate Agent in the Bay Area for over 16 years. I started my career with Grubb&Ellis, where I spent 5 years in downtown San Francisco on the commercial side of the industry. I moved into residential real estate with Vanguard Properties in 2003. Since joining Vanguard I have represented hundreds of buyers and sellers, brokered over $200 million in transactions and have been a Top Producer every year from 2003 - 2013. I have a passion for homes, design and people, which means that I love my work. I have a First Class BS Honors degree in Real Estate Business Practices from Newcastle University in the UK. My formal real estate education and diverse cultural background enable me to understand the entire real estate process and many kinds of property and personalities. I grew up in England where my father is a contractor and I have also lived and worked in Portugal, Vienna and Egypt.
