History

Heather started designing and making home furnishings products when she could not find what was needed for her interior design firm Kearsley Design. Already selling tabletop items from Raynaud Limoges, Verga Art Crystal, antiques, and accessories in their Sonoma Plaza store/design studio. Heather found that, like most interior designers, she was buying beautiful designer fabrics and having them made into coverlets, duvet covers, and pillow shams, only t find out that the resulting items were heavy, did not breathe well, and often had to be dry cleaned. She was not finding a solution in the bedding market and set off to Italy. Kearsley was already making beautiful hand-embroidered wine country-inspired table linens at a convent in Vietnam, which supported an orphanage school. It was meant to be. In addition to high-quality, honestly made, long-lasting bedding, Kearsley makes towels, blankets, throws, fire pit/travel ponchos, and sells some of their fabrics by the yard.

Our goal is to have our clients have the best [ossible experience with their home textiles, have better sleep, and enjoy life more. Kearsley also distributes Norvegr down pillows and duvets, which are renewable, sustainable, and unmatched in quality.
