Very good service. I called prior to my visit to check if they the item I needed and they were kind enough to go check even as busy as they seemed when I arrived. I would go again!

Since the Hallmark store in my neighborhood closed I have been going to Kay's. Very friendly, excellent service and always fully stocked. I wish I could transplant them closer to home.
