Do not get insurance on diamond. We bought natural diamond. But when one diamond went missing they replaced it with lab grown diamond instead of natural diamond. It is embarassing to bring it in...

Finally got my upgrade on my wedding ring. Maybel helped us with everything and she is just wonderful and kind. Everyone working was very nice. Definitely can't wait to get more pieces from here....

Most terrible customer service EVER! If you do buy from here, don't waste your money on any service plans/warranty.... My wife had a small stone fall out of her wedding ring. At time of purchase...
