I will say this was a nice hotel, great location to the orphium theater but it must be know how incredibly small the rooms are. They make good use of the space but I have never been to a hotel...

My friend and I stayed here for anime con. Pros is it's nearby good restos, we have a microwave and there's ice. Cons would be room is too small, there's like a brown reddish stain in the floor....

Little rooms near Little Tokyo. Both the Miyako and Doubletree were booked up due to baseball fans from Japan, so my husband and I tried the Kawada. Having visited Japan many times, the small room...

Convenient and close to metro station staff was friendly and helpful grand market was awesome and had a good amount of choices for breakfast and lunch and dinner

Kawada Hotel is a smaller hotel with very friendly staff, clean rooms and very convenient location to explore DTLA. I stayed here by myself and I felt safe, respected and all my questions answered...
