My friend and I stayed here for anime con. Pros is it's nearby good restos, we have a microwave and there's ice. Cons would be room is too small, there's like a brown reddish stain in the floor....

Convenient and close to metro station staff was friendly and helpful grand market was awesome and had a good amount of choices for breakfast and lunch and dinner

Kawada Hotel is a smaller hotel with very friendly staff, clean rooms and very convenient location to explore DTLA. I stayed here by myself and I felt safe, respected and all my questions answered...

This place is everything you'd expect it to be in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Yes there is traffic, with traffic comes traffic noise. Yes there are some homeless in downtown Los Angeles....
