I have called once for alterations, and my daughter called two times for information over the past two years or so. Calls are never returned.

I can't really comment because she said she will call back but never did. I couldn't even get an appointment, yet but I went somewhere else. No picture no work

Seemed like she had too much work and just didn't want to take on more. She gave us any excuse just to say there was nothing that could be done with the dress.
